Mobile Phone - Nokia 2300 Went for the Nokia 2300 - simple basic features with FM Radio - I dont think a mobile is meant to be a video or image capture device - go for a handycam/digicam instead. Colour display also is nothing great to shell out double the price - I want a phone to speak and keep in touch, not view images or play games in.

Durga Puja Ends  The festival of the victory of good over evil and the victory of Goddess Durga over the tyranny of Mahishasura - Durga Puja got over with Vijaya Dashami yesterday with the immersion of the idols in Ulsoor lake among revelry and dancing and shouts of "Bolo bolo Durga Ma ki Jai" . 4-5 days of great merriment and fasting till afternoons and pujas and cultural programs and community food and festival ... About 3 lakh bengalis reside in Bangalore today and about 20 pujas are conducted all over the city. We friends went out on the last day and saw four of the other pujas being conducted in town.
